Pre-ordering: The swimmers/parents are encouraged to visit the web site
www.team-aquatic.com and carefully select the items (style, size, colour and code). The catalog is periodically available, see the home page for the latest.
Ordering: All ordering should be directed to Tao Xue either by email or written notes before the Next Order Date. No phone call or verbal orders are accepted. All orders should include the swimmer/parents name and contact info.
Back Orders: As sometimes the back orders take long time to fill, parents/swimmers should consider keeping an order on back order carefully. To cancel the order, please let equipment manager know as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary loss of payment.
Payment: Once the order being filled and received, the equipment manager will inform the swimmer/parents of the time and place to get the swimmimg gear. Payment is by cheque payable to Gator Swimmimg Club. Sorry, NO visa, mastercard or cash accepted.
Returns or Exchanges: Please let the equipment manager know as soon as possible about any defective item or exchange as there are some conditions and expenses applied. As returning and exchanging may be a lengthy,boring sometimes even confusing and exhaustive procedure, please be careful to all the details when you place your orders.
